Smooth transition so that our high service standards for boards are being maintained

Guerdon Associates have been preparing for a potential total lockdown for weeks. Full plans were implemented last week. Our technology works well. Staff are safe, and clients are being well serviced. But although we had a trial run last week, we are yet to test it across all staff for a virtual after work Thursday night drinks and nibbles session. At least we do not have to worry about ensuring all staff will get safely home.....
