Remuneration Consulting - Project Manager (full or part time)
Executive and board remuneration consulting involves advising the boards of directors of listed and private companies on the appropriate level, structure and conditions for executive reward. It is a key element in engaging executives to focus on the factors that create wealth for investors, impacting overall economic wealth for all.
Guerdon Associates is Australia’s foremost executive remuneration consulting firm. Our directors are well known in Australia and overseas. The firm has experienced considerable success in acquiring significant ASX listed companies as clients, and is now the largest independent firm of its type in Australia. This success is attributable, in part, to the creation of Australia’s only on-line executive remuneration database service. This service uses the latest in internet technologies and has no equal in Australia. Innovative advice and a commitment to high service standards have also contributed to our success.
