GuerdonNews® Volume 18 Number 10

November 2021

Dear reader,

Welcome to the November issue of GuerdonNews®

 In this newsletter we:

• Observe that less carbon intensive industry executives now have environmental incentives

• Surmise that Glass Lewis' new PE owners recognise the lucrative allure of ISS's business model

• Describe cryptocurrency remuneration tax implications

• Consider the results of APRA’s survey on risk culture survey of 12 insurers

• Ask when a disposal restriction on executive vested equity is enough for tax deferral

• Summarise APRA's new prudential practice guide on remuneration

We conclude with executive and director remuneration disclosure updates available on the GuerdonData® on-line database. And if you have any other executive remuneration or governance query, type it into your search engine with "Guerdon Associates" and you will find we will likely have provided an answer already.
