The Guerdon Associates and CGI Glass Lewis Sydney Governance and Remuneration Forum on 12 March will be located at Dockside, Cockle Bay Wharf, Wheat Rd, Sydney (see HERE) .

The Perth Governance and Remuneration Forum on 20 March will be located at Allens,  Level 37, QV1, 250 St Georges Terrace Perth (see HERE) .

At both Forums we will have an excellent round of panellists and what promises to be lively discussions re the extent of board discretion on executive pay and how to best identify, manage, disclose, reward and price non-financial risk.

Guerdon Associates and CGI Glass Lewis remain committed to the success of the 2020 Governance and Remuneration Forum. Nonetheless, the health and safety of all our clients and employees is uppermost in our considerations, so we are monitoring the developing situation regarding the spread of COVID-19 and following Government and WHO advice to reduce the risk of the virus spreading.

To reduce risk, we will be encouraging control measures at the Forum (such as hand washing, provision of hand sanitizer, requesting attendees not to shake hands, etc.). We also require registrants who have been in an area of high COVID-19 contagion in the two weeks prior to the Forum not to attend the Forum, whether they are suffering symptoms or not. This includes mainland China, Iran, South Korea and Italy. Contact us if in doubt.

Hand sanitisers will be freely available at each venue. Attendees are advised to make frequent use of these.

In addition, attendees are being asked not to shake hands. Instead, attendees may want to consider more hygienic methods of greeting (see HERE) .
