Our new Latin America office

Guerdon Associates’ GECN Group is pleased to confirm our Latin American business is going strong after a relatively short establishment period. Known locally as ERX Consulting, the independent executive compensation and governance advisory firm based in Brazil is led by Marco Santana. Marco and his great team officially joined our GECN Group from January 1, 2026.
