Total Fixed Remuneration (TFR)
Guaranteed annual remuneration contingent on service (hours worked). TFR is the sum of base salary, mandatory superannuation contributions, and any non-monetary benefits (like motor vehicle allowances) and any associated fringe benefits taxes.
