Compensation committee (CompCo)
An alternative term for Remuneration Committee. A committee of the board comprising independent directors, responsible for reviewing and recommending executive pay frameworks and outcomes to the full board. The committees are also known by other names, accompanied by a broader remit, such the People & Culture (P&C) or HR committee.
