Directors’ Remuneration Report (DRR)

A detailed, mandatory annual disclosure required for publicly listed companies in the UK. Equivalent to the Australian Remuneration Report, it details the board’s remuneration policy, the link between pay and performance, and the actual remuneration of all directors, as in Australia, the US or Canada.
