Key management personnel (KMP)

Defined by Australian Accounting Standards (AASB 124) as those with the authority and responsibility for planning, directing, and controlling the entity’s activities. This always includes directors (both executive and non-executive) and typically the CEO and their direct reports (C-Suite), structurally encompassing the Executive Committee (ExCo). Australian incorporated and listed companies are required to disclose KMP remuneration.
