Total Compensation (TC)
Target total direct compensation (TDC) plus the value of what Americans and Canadians call “indirect” compensation (employer-paid value of health insurance, retirement/superannuation matches, paid time off, and company perks). In contrast, these other benefit items are typically included within Total Fixed Remuneration in Australia, South Africa and a few other countries.
