Total Shareholder Return (TSR)

A measure of performance on which Long Term Incentive (LTI) vesting is often dependent. It is the sum of the difference in share price at the end of a performance period to the beginning of a performance period plus dividends over this period, expressed as a percentage. The dividends over the period could be calculated as a simple sum, or on a reinvested basis.
