The proxy advisor announced recently changes to its leadership ranks. The announcement comes as General Manager Dan Smith left on the 1^st of February. In addition, there has been a change at ISS Australia.

It was announced that Stanley Soosur will now lead CGI Glass Lewis as Country Head, Australia. Stan has been promoted from within, previously working in a variety of positions that included sales, relationship management and service. He is well acquainted with CGI Glass Lewis’s customers and will leverage that experience in his new position.

CGI Glass Lewis also confirmed the appointment of Philip Foo as VP of APAC Research and Engagement. He will now oversee research teams across Sydney, Tokyo and San Francisco. He will remain in charge of the Australia and New Zealand research teams, and has indicated that he will still personally take charge of the proxy advice for the larger listed ASX companies.

Meanwhile, 400 metres west, ISS Associate Vice President Andrew Vasey moved another 400 metres, due north, to join proxy solicitor Morrow Sodali as Director, Corporate Governance APAC.
